To convey to the user that any of the two fields is required.

I can think of two options.

• Having ** added to the instructions mentioning that "Denotes one or the other field is required."
• Simple title on top of those two fields "Link Data (Choose One) *"

These are some possibilities that come to mind. Please let me know which one you think can be done.
