Left side menu: Add a new component for viewing OMAPs
- Add a user interface component to the left side menu
- Use the title Organ Mapping Antibody Panels (OMAPs)
- Add a checkbox pattern for the two options.

- The business logic for this component is still being finalized. It is important that the UI is built as the logic evolves.
