Landing Page Update: update links and text

On the landing page image for the reporter (can't find source to edit) there are two issues to address:
- typo Hubmap should be HuBMAP
- Hubmap Consortium website is linked to our old CCF portal---I assumed this meant the actual HuBMAP consortium website?
Not sure which is intended but it needs to be updated.

The CCF ASCT+B Reporter is a visualization tool for displaying anatomical structures, cell types, and biomarker (ASCT+B) authored by domain experts for different human organs. The tables are used to develop a common coordinate framework (CCF) of the healthy human body, see also Hubmap Consortium website.
