Metadata Validation Update for new Ref/n/ID header (previously known as Ref/n/DOI)

Update reference header Ref/n/doi to Ref/n/ID

Rows 376 to 388 appear to be spot; noticed that it says the Ref/n column is already tagged as "ID" so maybe that needs to change if we are updating the DOI to ID?
