Strange, and you have both HUBOT_GOOGLE_CSE_ID and HUBOT_GOOGLE_CSE_KEY filled? CSE correctly configured?

I did setup it a few minutes ago and everything seems fine on my side with the following instructions:

I had first message when nothing was configured, but never had both like you. Is it doing the same when running locally?
