Blekko was recently beta-released. It uses RESTful URLs instead of the query string paradigm all currently supported search engines do. Not exactly rocket science to adapt to, though. There seems to be a way to log in... not sure if creating an account entails retaining search history. Their privacy policy mentions this though:
Links: The blekko website may present links in a format that permits us to track whether these links have been followed. We will use this tracking information to help improve the quality of our custom content, search technology and advertising.
