Research Google TOS implications of fake-clicking AdWords results

Find out if we can fake-click AdWords results, which a user might click on, without getting ran over by the Google Maps camera van.

If the click is 100% user initiated, I'm fairly sure it's considered legitimate.

I think TrackMeNot mentions something about it not fake-clicking sponsored results for legal reasons. I can't seem to find anything in any Google product TOS mentioning it; I'll consult the all-knowing Quora.
