Create an area where the community can help maintain local install instructions

The collab workspace is great but it's another learning curve again trying to get all the prerequisites installed locally for the various environments. (In general in this space as well as just for the course)

Would be great if we had some sort of community space where people could contribute best practice and tips and tricks for setting up in the various environments. It's such a fast moving space and so dependent on various package versions, cuda version python versions dependencies that are not obvious , os etc.

Suggest Linux, Mac, Windows and WSL2 on windows and see if we can get it community driven.

perhaps have an advanced section in time for setting up clusters / multi gpu etc. but just basics to start with.
