Describe the bug

Trying to install dependencites as described here https://huggingface.co/learn/deep-rl-course/unit1/hands-on#install-dependencies-and-create-a-virtual-screen-

  1. apt install seems off since it's not a Colab command, produced a syntax error
  2. pip install produced below subprocess error and forced exit.
