I'd imagine the person who wrote this never checked to see how it gets rendered and I hope it's clear from the snapshot that this is not the most practical way of presenting information, since most of it is hidden:

Perhaps removing the blockquote can allow the long lines to wrap and be usable? I trust you know the best solution.
