For example, data/profiles/SWOP_TR003_coated_3.iccprofile.xml says:
<license>CC0</license>
but also
COPYRIGHT "Copyright 2007 by NPES The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing and Converting Technologies."
# Profiles, or other derivative work, based on these data may be distributed with no further permissions from CGATS.
# However, this Technical Report must be identified as the source of the characterization data.

The licence of the XML is CC0; the data is copyright NPES. The Technical Report must be identified as the source of the characterization data is really unclear, and I would argue pasting in the note into the source file is enough to comply -- but I don't think NPES actually specifies a licence.
