ah. I use packagetrackr, which is free. Does not handle the same volume though. more of a personal use site

'Universal' sounds quite US biased unfortunately :( (Australian here)

Though if there is a free/better one more than happy for that to be the replacement.

Edit: This was at the bottom of my email "This FREE notification service is bought to you by AfterShip.com", so i'm guessing for 'personal use' it might be free. Not sure if personal use counts as the API or not though, would need to look into it more.
