Documentation links broken in README.md

The link to "API Documentation" in the References section of the README.md is broken (404). It links a user page on github.com; I believe this domain is no longer supported for user pages. If you change the link to github.io the URL works but you could also just link where it redirects to on hugoduncan.com.
The "Annotated Source" link in the same section is broken in the same way and could probably just link to its ultimate intended destination here.
