Create nested layouts for adding empty Segments

Maybe this can be combined with #76.

The point is that in some scenarios, you might want to add content into an empty segment, or a group of segments like this: https://semantic-ui.com/elements/segment.html#nested-segments.

Right now, you can only show a few individual CBs (RTE, Message) as segment.
