Is it possible to expand tabs footer to extend into the navigation bar

On iOs we are able to extend footer and header of the app all the way inside of the navigation bar and status bar. Does your plugin allow that or is it just enabling coloring?

Hello @antonioberetini, the plugin allows navigation bar manipulation only.
Using the "hide" method, it is possible to hide the navigation bar and extend the application's footer. To manipulate/hide the status bar use the official capacitor plugin (https://capacitorjs.com/docs/apis/status-bar). Using both plugins at the same time and hiding the navigation bar and the status bar it is possible to put the application in full screen.

I checked the Spotify app but the content does not extend to the operating system controls, the navigation bar color is the same as the background color of the app (on android). Can you show me an image to illustrate it better?

I confess that I never noticed this effect, I will research it to try to implement it in the Plugin, but currently this effect is not supported.
