I am facing a same issue when I fork and clone this repo. I tried git lfs install, git lfs pull but it is showing the same error.

batch response: This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access. error: failed to fetch some objects from 'https://github.com/PSY222/deep_privacy2.git/info/lfs'

The problem is fixed now! These files were stored in git lfs and my account exceeded the bandwidth limit on the free plan
