@hulpke the repo has 0,62, but the website has version 0.4 - could you check please:
Package: matgrp
removed components: [ "IssueTrackerURL", "License", "SourceRepository",
"TestFile" ]
changed components: [ "Version", "Date", "Dependencies", "PackageDoc",
"Status", "SourceRepository", "TestFile", "ArchiveURL", "README_URL",
"IssueTrackerURL", "License" ]
ERROR (matgrp): the new version 0.4 in the new info file from
http://www.math.colostate.edu/~hulpke/matgrp/PackageInfo.g
is not larger than the old version 0.62
This is not allowed, so the info file will not be changed
PackageInfo.g is not accepted because of an error.

Dear Alexander,
Thank you for pointing this out. Something went wrong when I changed my web setup (as old software did not run any longer). I hope I got it fixed now.
Best,
Alexander

Thanks, fixed here. Same problem with TransGrp, reported at hulpke/transgrp#35
