Bad description in case using youtube

I’m using HumHub Version : 1.8.0
LinkPreview : Version : 1.15.6
but, when I share youtube video with arabic description, video is displayed like this
�ا تر� بعد ا�بعاد ا��ش��ة

could you help pls?

i just added :

$output = mb_convert_encoding($body, 'HTML-ENTITIES', 'UTF-8');
return $output;
