dlg_patcher.py: patch_dlg is really slow

It takes 10 minutes on my hardware to patch all the 242 .dlg files inside qwinn_fixpack_3_module.erf when using one core, 6 minutes when using two cores, and 2 minutes and a half when using 4 of them.
