Year off by 20?

In some (more recent) titles the date seems to be off by 20(years).
for example:
100R - insulation/ where the link says: "23.04.03" (link vs title)
100R - home/ in the section "April 2023": "https://100r.co/site/thruhulls.html#apr2023"
100R - about us/ in the section "Main work stations" - "23.03.03 Currently awaiting a keyboard replacement." (>03<)

Oh it's just how I write dates that may be weird. It's like the ISO 8601 format, but i don't write all four numbers for the year and now I'm thinking that perhaps I ought to. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
"23.04.03" just refers to April 3rd 2023. Year, month and day.
