if there are missed calls or new messages, append a dot ( ° ) to telephone or telegraph shortcuts

  • add filled degree symbol to MOON.otf
  • add notification read permission to android manifest
  • write a function that checks for missed call and new message notifications and updates shortcuts
  • call that function on start() and restart()

after experiementation, determined this kills the aesthetic... unacceptable!
