Android 11 Easter egg doesn't work on 13+

The Android 11 Easter egg does show the 🐱 emoji when I drag it, but due to the android power menu being changed in Android 13 the main feature doesnt work anymore
Expected behavior / 预期行为
Expected to be able to see the Easter egg in the power menu.
Actual behavior / 实际行为
Didn't show up.
Steps to reproduce / 复现步骤
- Have Android 13 and higher
- Open the android 11 Easter egg
- Drag the slider until it shows the cat emoji
- Open the power menu and see if the thing's there

In Android 13, Google changed the power menu, and also removing widgets on the power menu, which is what the Android 11 Easter egg takes advantage of. If there's another way you can access the menu, that's what would work.
In Android 12 and later versions, the Device control panel has been moved to Quick Settings.
