while i am trying to compile hustreport with texlive2014 i got this error message
can you help to fix the error

It's an known upstream issue. You need downgrade pgf to v2.x. More info is in the faq section here.

thanks for your qiuck reply, in fact i do have problem to downgrade pgf package and texlive2013 no longer is available on http://www.ctan.org/

You don't need to downgrade texlive. I have updated the faq to include the full procedure on how to downgrade pgf.
