Can not get coverage feedback in V-Shuttle-S

Environment
- kernel: 5.10.130
- OS: Ubuntu 20.04.4
- gcc version: 9.4.0
Problem
I have built V-Shuttle-S according to the readme and collected the seeds using collect-seed.sh, but I noticed during fuzzing that fuzzer is not collecting coverage feedback, what could be the reason?
Note: I can collect coverage normally when I reproduce V-Shuttle-M.
Could you give me some hints?
