I'm not sure if this is okay privacy-wise, but are you saying the use case is for sharing files, etc?
I think the design should be to should let the user exchange emails/phone numbers during the meeting or via chat. Or just add a toggle switch for privacy (defaults to hidden).

A toggle switch for privacy was what I was thinking about. The user can choose which groups to share the contact info. But not sure how to implement this. This seems to have something involved in the database.
