stardict 3.0.4 still can not scan words in win7 64 bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install stardict 3.0.4
2. run stardict
3. open my Internet browser, try to use stardict to scan and translate a word
on the website, but nothing happened
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a floating window is supposed to show off after scanning the word. but nothing
happened after i scanned a word.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
stardict 3.0.4 exe win7 homeprimium 64 bit
Please provide any additional information below.
i really like stardict. please fix this problem!

Yes, I have the same situation on Windows 10. Only translates from clipboard. Scan does not work.
