What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open Wireshark
2. open StartDict with offline dict`s
3. select any word
4. look at WS
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I`m expected no network activity. See activity on almost any action.

HTTP://dict.cn/ws.php?utf8=true&q=Downloads HTTP/1.1
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
StarDict V3.0.3, Gentoo linux
Program perfectly work without these queries.
Are you spying?

Just disable dict.cn plugin in plugin manage dialog!
Dictdotcn plugin is outdated and have no use now.
