Hotkey for the translation of the selected words(issue 50 dublicate)

You wrote as isue workaround:
> Just enable scan clipboard in the preferences dialog.
Then you can:
> * Select the word.
> * Ctrl-C
> The translation will popup automatically!
It is wrong behivour because when copy text to clipboard, it is does not mean,
i wan't to translate it.
It is cousing wrong popup window appearing. It is annoying and slow down system
perfomance.
Abby lingvo for example translate the selection by ctrl+c+c. So i would be
happy, if popup was shown by that combination.
