Please migrate away from gnome-doc-utils (currently fails to build from source)

Running ./autogen.sh in the project gives the following error:
automake: error: cannot open < gnome-doc-utils.make: No such file or directory
It seems that gnome-doc-utils.make is currently missing in the source code. Besides, gnome-doc-utils is actually obsoleted and will be removed from major distributions very soon. Please migrate away from it. Thanks!
