Disable database tracking (or make configurable / disabled by default?). Wire up GA search tracking instead.

Need to make sure the app is leveraging GA's Site Search (with category refinement) capabilities specifically (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1012264?hl=en).

This is now done; leaving open until I've had a chance to verify the captured analytics look right via GA's Site Search section (will need to wait 24 hours for the data to show up).
