Python 2.7.11 |Anaconda custom (x86_64)
tensorflow 1.1.0

When I run $ python train_c3d_ucf101.py
I got this errorIntel MKL FATAL ERROR: Cannot load libmkl_intel_thread.dylib.

Just useconda upgrade --all
fixed it!
