Clicking "What does that mean" link in balance popup navigates to a non-existing page

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the balance where the balance popup is triggered.
2. Within the popup, click on the phrase "What does that mean."

Expected Result:
Upon clicking "What does that mean," the user should be redirected to the existing page explaining the locked balance feature: https://docs.zano.org/docs/use/locked-balance.

Actual Result:
The user is redirected to a non-existing page https://docs.zano.org/docs/locked-balance, resulting in a 404 error or a similar "page not found" message.
