[FR] Storybook v7 migration and doc refactoring

The Storybook v7 is out with many updates. Willing to migrate project.
In our dooboo-ui,dooboolab.com documentation, we'd like to remove many demos and use storybook knobs and action to visualize components.
We want to focus on implementation and not demos. In our doc, we need a minimal demo and the definition of components and props.
