Double-Bug: No source options displayed + No items of type: "adapter" found.

  1. Source selector/input is non-responsive. It appears as a text input box but doesn't accept input.
  2. Despite showing IPFS as the default adapter, then explicitly selecting it after page load, column 2 content on-page still shows No items of type: "adapter" found.
