feat(corda): dockerfile update to include cordapps

As a developer, I want to add the functionality of creating the cordapps within the corda AIO (as the dependent libraries like the corda cli dont have any SDKs as of now), test-tooling function to pull the CPI in the working env and deploying the CPI to the corda AIO env.

Acceptance Criteria

Test tooling fx for pulling the CPI
Test case (seperate/existing one) for testing the CPI deployment
