add funnel to open search filters for tokens list

On dashboard and issue tokens screens, the search for tokens list is looking too big. Add a funnel icon next to the Your Tokens
on Dashboard and Issued From You on Issue Tokens. Clicking on this opens the search dialog below.
On Issue Tokens, move the Issue button to align with right side of screen.
