Unable to connect ordering service using fabric-2.4.6

i followed the tutorial using fabric-2.4.6, fabric-ca-1.5.7 and test-network.
- run setupNetwork.sh. ok!
- run setupConsole.sh. ok!
- run createAssets.sh. ok!
- import assets. ok!
- associate ca and peer identities. found channel mychannel, chaincode test and transactions. that's great!
- associate orderer identity. pop up error message box: unable to connect ordering serive, see attached screenshot.
