Support for the latest versions of Atala Mediator

Description

The OEA doesn't support Peer DID with more than one service endpoint.
Like the one used on the Atala Mediator version 0.13.0.

This was fixed by @mineme0110 on the upstream library.
But to update the library we also need to address did:peer:2 spec changes.
