The indy-plenum and indy-node workflows currently target main for all of the actions and shared workflows in this repository. Once the indy-plenum and indy-node builds are stable (producing the expected results) we need to cut a release of this repository and switch all of them over to the versioned release of this repository so we avoid any unexpected consequences when we update this repo.
