Tracking issue for the update to OTEL 0.14.x

The following simplifications will be able to make with 0.14

Do not ingore java core stream classes open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#2035
Netty 4.0 public keys open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#1995
Use context in apache async client instrumentation open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#1951
Remove testing bootstrap module
