🎯 Success criteria: Create the semi-private chat space and invite member orgs.
Several partner coops are interested in sharing a chat space with us, with the purpose of sharing notes around dweb/web3 topics. This is also an onboarding space for us to develop a shared culture around these topics, exchange expertise (e.g. technical, governance, harms modelling, etc.), and form cross-org teams to tackle project work. This is a proposal to coordinate such a space, and figure out scope. To kick things off, my proposal is:
- Move most of
#world-wild-webchatter to this new channel in matrix - Bridge our matrix to mattermost and other apps our partners use
- Be explicit about this being an en/es channel
- Use the data archiving bot @writerly03 is coordinating on here to build an access-controlled shared resource
- New invites need to be approved by all existing member orgs of the space

This is what world-wide-coops is, right? It's under the 'done' column in the Kanban board but the issue remained open.
