Change Settings Window and Time Range input

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
To choose between continuous or static time we have to skip back and forth between two pages.
The static time input is not very intuitive and should get another design/input function.

Please describe the solution you'd like:
There is enough space to put both "continuous" and "static time" on one page. The user will have an overview right away without clicking back and forth.
