Disable Scrolling and Zooming in dynamic charts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
Scrolling/ Zooming in charts with live / dynamic data is not really cool, because it always jumps back to the default screen, when new data has been added.
Please describe the solution you'd like:
Thats why we should disable zooming / scrolling on dynamic charts.
