Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
At the moment the end to end (e2e) tests do not work probably in GitHub action (sometimes they fail and after a few re-runs they pass). PR #780 aims to remove them from the action workflow. It is still possible to run them locally. An optimal solution would be still to run them automatically after every push/ merge.
