This issue is related to py3dep so it would've been better if you opened the issue there.

You need to provide the package versions as requested in the Environment section. Copy-paste the out of py3dep.show_versions().

Also, next time, instead of attaching a screenshot of your code, please copy-paste your minimal code as text in the Minimal Complete Verifiable Example section so I can use your code directly to reproduce the error.
