Italy don't have provinces

Hi to everyone

I've installed this package but unfortunately Italy don't have provinces so I can't use it because is incomplete.
There is a way to contribute with the province list to update this state?

of course. you can edit the data/provinces.json file and submit a PR

@ekkis I've just done a PR! If you have a list of the states that don't have provinces added yet I can contribute also for them!
