Update Secrets results in a 500 error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click"Update Secrets"
2. Wait
3. 500 error
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Same here "Could not download latest data: Operation could not be completed.
(HTTP Status error 500.)"

This is occurring again. Is this a matter of too many connections to the server?

I reinstalled the preference pane and the error persists.
