Phone Not Reachable

After updating to the latest version of MIUI, the phone shows full signal strength. The data works fine as I was chatting on WhatsApp with friends, however if someone is tries to call , they get message that my phone is not reachable. Everything looks fine. The signal strength looks fine and if I make a call , I'm able to do so without any issue. The issue is only with the incoming calls that at times do not land on my phone and the caller gets phone not reachable message. There is no signs or other indicators that could direct to this issue however it came out as an observations. Please pardon my poor knowledge in the subject of android development and scarcity of details. Please let me know if more details are required and how to get them.
This is for XML problems, this is a bug in MIUI. Wrong place.
