[1.12.2] Teleporting via Draconic Evolution "Enhanced Charm of Dislocation"

I installed this mod and it worked perfectly until i used multidimensional jump via DE teleporter.
The environment simply did not load, there was no way to move or to do something.
Only restarting the game helps.
