the task is stuck on this status. I cannot claim gas, please see attached screenshot. Also my stake

is still locked.

@dietzam I don't see Metamask extension installed in your browser. And also you're not connected to your iExec account so you cannot claim it.

ok so I have installed Meta on Firefox and claimed, but my stake is still locked. And the status remains REVEALING.

No, the task remains on FAILED and the stake remains locked

Ok so with v4, there is no more locked RLCs.
